Digital Records Management
Our online land agreement execution process is supported via DocuSign. This allows most traditional paperwork agreements to be reviewed and signed digitally which improves safety measures associated with COVID-19 while jointly benefitting the environment. Waste Reduction and Recycling
Reducing our carbon footprint is key for long-term sustainability. LandSolutions’ offices engage in recycling initiatives, using reusable kitchenware in our offices, composting scraps of paper waste, and reducing fuel emissions through online meetings with our clients and stakeholders.
The Pathway and River Cleanup
The Pathway and River Cleanup is an annual event in Calgary, Alberta where thousands of volunteers help remove litter along the city’s pathways and riverbanks. LandSolutions’ employees and families have participated in the Calgary Pathway and River Cleanup since 2013. Together, we have spent a combined total of 500+ volunteer hours collecting garbage together to help keep the environment clean for all to enjoy!

This is our motto when it comes to safety. At LandSolutions, our culture means that our people, clients, and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We are concerned with the lives and experiences of all those we interact with, and our commitment to safety is paramount.
We are dedicated to the ongoing worker and client safety training programs; completing routine vehicle, equipment, and maintenance checks; and ensuring that all on-site personnel are following procedures set out in our safety policy, as well as those of our clients. Above all else, we look out for one another to ensure safety for ourselves, and others.
This means:
- Safety standards that meet or exceed applicable regulations and those of our clients.
- Comprehensive safety programs, operating procedures, and practices.
- Thorough employee and contractor screening and management.
- Training programs supported with active hazard identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Field and office audits to review program performance and make identified improvements.
- Starting every core meeting with a Safety Moment.
LandSolutions’ robust company safety program is overseen by our Joint Work Site Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).
