Providing opportunities for new entrants into the land industry is a corporate priority for LandSolutions. Every year we welcome co-op students into our organization to help teach the basics of land management. We help support our Land Agent grads to earn their requisite number of hours to achieve their designation. And our mentorship program aligns opportunities for our newly graduated employees to work with our most senior land agents who are very reputable in industry. Internal promotion is something we strongly believe in, which is just another way we demonstrate to our employees that we provide the building blocks of a great career with us.
In addition, 50% of all employee association fees are covered by LandSolutions, and we encourage association hosted events and activities throughout the year.
